Organic Padron Peppers

With a few spicy ones in the mix, these Padron Peppers are the perfect appetizer. Just heat up a cast iron pan with a high heat oil, toss in your peppers, let them blister on one side before shaking the pan to blister another side. Remove from heat before the peppers completely wilt, top with salt, and serve!
