Organic Double Calendula - Yellow and Orange

This version of the classic garden flower, Calendula, features an extra layer of petals. These fluffy summer flowers have either black or yellow stems. The variety in these bunches from Fifth Crow Farm is what makes them so stunning. Calendula flowers are medicinal and edible. Organic calendula petals are a great way to garnish your salad. 

Calendula is in the Marigold family, and so it has the resiny fragrance of marigolds- which gardeners love and bugs hate! They have a vase life of approximately 5 days. Trim the ends and change the water every 2-3 days.
