Fernet Francisco

Fernet Francisco is a local fernet made with all California grown ingredients. Medium bodied with a good, deep, spicy nose, the palate is more subtle than some classic in-your-face fernets. Lots of complex and familiar aromas of Amaro, with bitterness straightening the whole thing out on the finish. Serve chilled, or in a spicy ginger beer.
