Organic Thyme

A classic herb sure to intrigue dinner guests, thyme is amazing on roasted pork or chicken. Try it mixed in with dill and cream sauce to drizzle on top of salmon. Thyme is also great added to sautéd mushrooms or mushroom based sauces.
