This Organic Bunched Daikon is so fresh it's harvested with the beautiful greens still attached. Use the crisp, refreshing daikon radish root chopped, thinly sliced, or shredded; it can be eaten raw, pickled, or cooked. The greens are tender and mild, and delicious sauteed with garlic and a bit of salt.
