Isabel's Cuvee is Donkey and Goat's oldest running wine, the 2017 is their 14th vintage making our Rosé from the historic and organically farmed Gibson Ranch in the McDowell Valley. The block they utilize dates back to the late 1800’s and is home to the oldest planting of Grenache Gris in the United States. On the nose are notes strawberries, guava, and rosewater. Fresh and juicy up front like a homegrown clementine with the crisp, savory, and tangy profile of an underripe peach and a subtle strawberry, while having a dry finish with moderate acidity. Pair with fried chicken or grilled stone fruit.
