Donkey and Goat's Grenache Noir is a lighter take on the classic Grenache expression, with aromas of cherry, pomegranate, white pepper, and a hint of orange zest. On the palate, tart cherry and red berry flavors bring out a silky texture, and the white pepper note becomes more apparent as a spicy, persistent character with a softly tannic finish and slight citrus notes. This unusual wine can be served slightly chilled to pair with grilled meats and veggies, or will pair beautifully with stews, braises and spicy dishes on a cold, foggy day.
