Domaine Des Enfants' Suis l'Étoile is a blend of 40% Carignan, 40% Grenache, 10% Syrah, and 10% Mourvèdre that has been hand harvested and destemmed before crushing and aging in a mix of neutral barrique and concrete. This wine is rich and concentrated, but without losing its elegance and freshness. Aromas and flavors of cherries, blackberries, raspberries, as well as hints chocolate and licorice, abound in this full and complex wine. Pair with a ribeye steak, roasted root vegetables, or stinky cheeses.
