Torrontes/Chardonnay

This organically grown wine is a 50/50 blend of Torrontes and Chardonnay. On the nose it brings intense tropical aromas and fruits like pineapple, mango, and peach, with delicate floral notes following. On the palate, you'll find flavors that follow those aromas. It has a persistent and intense beginning and a lingering finish with medium acidity. It pairs well with grilled white fish dressed with garlic and basil, or spicy Shanghai-style noodle dishes.
