This organically grown Cabernet Sauvignon has aromas of intense red berry mixed with sweet spice. It has a lot of minerality on the nose, balanced with strong cherry and black currant notes as well as a bit of tobacco and black pepper on the palate. A brightly acidic finish keeps it refreshing. It's well structured with fine tannins, and would pair incredibly well with hearty grilled meats, rich tomatoey pastas, or braised vegetables.
