Dick Taylor Craft Chocolate begins this bar with their Northerner blend, which uses Madagascan and Brazilian cacao. It's finished with subtle, delicate, hand-harvested Guatemalan sea salt for a truly decadent and incredibly flavorful palate. You'll get aromas of dried fruit, a slightly honeyed flavor with plenty of tangy salt, and a rich cacao finish.
