Fair Trade Wild Jumbo Blue Mexican Shrimp (Frozen)

These colossal shrimp are plump, juicy, and Easy-Peel, meaning that they were split and deveined before being individually quick frozen to make their freshest appearance on your plate with just the split shell and tail to shuck off. All you've got to do is thaw them and get cooking. Sauté, boil, steam, grill, or even poach—you can't go wrong with these sustainably wild-caught shrimp.

To defrost, thaw overnight in the fridge, or for same-day use, submerge the sealed plastic package of shrimp in a bowl of cool water. Change the water out every 15-20 minutes until shrimp are fully thawed, about an hour total.
