Made with organically grown North Coast fruit, North Coast Chardonnay is barrel-aged in neutral French oak casks. This wine has rich aromas of brioche and lemon curd, along with some floral jasmine notes, and a hint of sweetness on the palate. Its rich aromas and flavor are balanced by a gentle minerality. Pair it with flavorful fish like salmon and trout, or light pastas.
