Blenheims are a small apricot with a good acidity and a floral sweetness.
They ripen from the inside out as the sun hits the fruit on the tree and heats up the pit. Even with a bit of green on the outside, these amazing fruits are good to go!
These Blenheims have been managed organically for the past year, but the land is new to Cloverleaf and hasn't been certified organic in the past, so it's currently undergoing the 3-year transition process.
