Indonesian Salad with Peanut Sauce

Traditionally called Gado-Gado, this Indonesian salad is made with seasonal salad fresh from the Farmer's Market, fried tempeh and potatoes, served with homemade peanut sauce.

Ingredients: Seasonal vegetables, tamarind, roasted peanuts, olive oil, tempeh, sea salt.
