The Inkarri Estate Syrah is a biodynamically farmed wine with a dark and rich violet color. This wine has aromas and flavors of leather, cocoa butter, cinnamon, and dried date. The wine has a slightly chewy, vibrant, dryish medium-full body and an engaging finish with notes of carob, red peppercorn, and coriander that lead to chewy tannins and moderate oak. Pair with grilled beef or mushrooms, or a ragu.
