This string cheese comes from Cesar's Cheese company out of Columbus, WI. Cesar and his family moved to Wisconsin from Oaxaca and started making the cheeses that Cesar's learned how to make as a young boy. In 2008, after Cesar earned his cheesemaking license, his company opened. Oaxaca cheese is traditionally pulled by hand and Cesar and his wife Heydi continue this tradition by pulling all the string cheese by hand. This string cheese has a beautiful chewy texture and the perfect amount of salt. Pack in your lunch, eat on the run, or have an afternoon snack. This Oaxacan string cheese knows no age limits so adults and kids enjoy!
