This blend of Grenache and Carignan come from a unique terroir of high elevations with rocky and petrified sand and clay. The different microclimates ripen Grenache and Carignan together so they can be co-fermented in underground cement vats called trulls that were built by the family 2 generations ago. With a vibrant cherry color, the nose shows notes of spice up front, followed by ripe red fruit and floral notes. On the palate is fresh cherry, red berry, and plum notes with a mouth-watering acidity and minerality in the finish. Pair with charcuterie or tacos.
