Bosc Pears

These Bosc Pears have a dark sweetness, reminiscent of butterscotch. They're sweet even when they're firm, so they're often used to add a sweet crunch to salads, especially when paired with a pungent cheese.

They were grown by Seely Farm Stand in Lake County, CA, and brought to us by our friends at the Capay Valley Farm Shop.
