This simple, classic Traditional Naan is a chewy and soft, ready to be paired with your favorite dishes or dips. It makes an ideal accompaniment to spicy soups, stews, and curries, or for paninis and other sandwiches. To reheat, sprinkle water on both sides of the naan, enough to moisten but not soak it, and microwave briefly. Alternatively, preheat your oven to 350°F, wrap each piece of moistened naan in aluminum foil and place in the oven for 3-4 minutes. Keep naan refrigerated or frozen for best shelf life.
