Our classic lavash made with Gilroy garlic and the added richness of olive oil; this is the ideal flatbread for making crackers. Versatile as ever, also try as the base for a wrap or panini-style sandwich. To Make Crackers:
- Preheat oven to 350⁰ F
- Cut lavash into bite size pieces and lightly brush tops with olive oil
- Season to taste (we recommend sea salt, garlic powder, chile flake, and/or dried rosemary)
- Cook on a baking sheet until golden brown, 3-5 minutes.
