Our tea leaf salad is a party in your mouth! It celebrates the vibrant flavors and  traditional ingredients of Myanmar. A fresh blend of chopped romaine lettuce, tomatoes, fermented tea leaves, crunchy split yellow peas, sunflower seeds, garlic chips, sesame seeds, and roasted peanuts creates a bright, refreshing, and fulfilling meal.

Serves 1 to 2 - Each salad is a generous meal for one or a side for two. 

We source our tea leaves directly from a co-operative of farmers. Each leaf is handpicked and traditionally fermented. We use local and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Ingredients: Fresh Romaine Lettuce, Tomatoes, Dressing (Blanched Fermented Organic Tea Leaves (organic tea leaves, water), Sunflower Oil, Garlic, Red Jalapeno, Yeast Extract, Sea Salt, Lime Juice Concentrate, Ginger, Dried Mushrooms, Dried Tomato), Oil Roasted Unsalted Peanuts (peanuts, non-GMO canola oil), fried yellow split peas (yellow split peas, non-GMO canola oil), Toasted Sesame Seeds, Fried Garlic Chips (garlic, non-GMO canola oil)

Directions: Mix thoroughly, toss, and h*saba! (please eat in Burmese)
