Our pickled mango salad is savory with a hint of sweet. It's seriously good. Made with shredded romaine lettuce, cabbage, pickled mango, crunchy split yellow peas, sunflower seeds, garlic, sesame seeds, roasted peanuts, chickpea flour, and lemon; it's bright, refreshing, and deliciously fulfilling.
Eat on it's own, or accompany it with chicken or tofu!
Instructions: Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Toss and h*saba! (please eat in Burmese)
Serves 1 to 2 - It's a great main dish for one or serves two easily as a side.
