What You Get
1 bottle Moulin de Gassac Guilhem White wine
1 pint blackberries
1 lb yellow peaches
Slice the peaches. Mix together with the blackberries in a pitcher or large container, lightly muddling until the blackberries are slightly crushed.
Pour in the white wine and stir. Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 3 hours or up to a day.
Pour sangria into individual glasses with ice, scoop in a few slices of sangria-infused fruit, and top off with sparkling water.
