What You Get
4 veggie burgers
6 burger buns
Sliced Havarti cheese
2 ripe avocados
New Natives micro greens
Step 1: Pull open buns, and toast if you're so inclined. Thinly slice red onions and avocados.
Step 2: Heat burgers on a hot grill or cast-iron pan for a few minutes per side. Throw that slice of cheese on to melt when you flip to the second side.
Step 3: Pile on a heap of microgreens and sliced red onion, and maybe a dash of your favorite hot sauce. Enjoy!
