Pour the sparkling wine into a glass. Add about 1 tablespoon raspberry liqueur, according to taste. Using a paring knife or peeler, remove the zest from the orange in 1-inch strips. Twist the zest, rub it around the rim, drop it in the glass, and serve cold.
