Inspired by the Zuni Cafe classic, this buttermilk roast chicken is good, simple comfort food. Set atop a simple crunchy and tangy panzanella, it’s a meal that hits all the right notes for fall.

Step 1: Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a sheet pan with foil.
Step 2: Cut the baguette into bite size pieces and drizzle with oil, salt and pepper onto the sheet pan. Add the cooked chicken to the pan to reheat for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Once ready, add the croutons to a bowl with the vinaigrette and pick the chicken into the bowl.
Step 4: Gently fold in the greens and top with the pepitas and currants once plated. Dig in with a fork and knife but don’t be afraid to use your hands if need be!Contains: milk, wheat.
