This Red Summer Sangria is a classic summer drink for a sunny afternoon or weekend brunch—fun, flavorful, and refreshing. Pro tip: prep this in the morning before work, and it'll be ready and waiting for you to enjoy when you get home.
What You Get
1 bottle Moulin de Gassac Guilhem Red wine
1 pint strawberries
1 lb yellow peaches
1 lb Valencia oranges
Sparkling water
You’ll Need
Sugar
Step 1
Slice up about half of the strawberries, peaches, and oranges. Set the rest aside for snacking on as you drink!
Step 2
In a pitcher or large bowl, mix the wine with the sliced fruit and add sugar a bit at a time to taste (or leave it out entirely according to your preference). Chill the pitcher in the fridge for at least 3 hours or up to a day.
Step 3
Make a slit in each of the remaining strawberries. Pour sangria into individual glasses with ice, scoop in a few slices of sangria-infused fruit, and top off with sparkling water. Garnish each glass with a strawberry (the slit should fit nicely over the rim) and enjoy.
