Seed and chop the bell pepper. Drain the mozzarella. In a bowl, combine the pasta, turkey, greens, bell pepper, and mozzarella. Drizzle with the pesto, season with salt and pepper, add a pinch of chile flakes, if you want some heat, and toss to coat. Let rest for a few minutes, then serve. Or transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
