Fun for the whole gang, turn your kitchen into a pizza parlor. The fresh dough and sauce are ready to stretch and spread, so your family can go wild mixing and matching favorite toppings.
What You Get
Pizza dough (see note below)
White button mushrooms
Sliced black olives
Shredded mozzarella cheese
What You’ll Need
Makes 4 to 6 personal pizzas
Active Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 30 minutes
Preheat the oven to 475°F. Line 2 sheet pans with foil or parchment. Set the pizza dough on the counter and let it come to room temperature.
Trim and slice the mushrooms. Seed and slice the bell pepper. Pick the basil leaves and toss the stems. Drain the olives. Remove the pepperoni from the package.
On a lightly floured work surface, divide each round of dough into 2 or 3 smaller rounds. Use your hands or a rolling pin to gently stretch and flatten each round into a disc about ¼-inch thick.
Transfer the discs of dough to the prepared pans. Spread each with 1 to 2 spoonfuls of sauce and sprinkle with a handful of shredded mozzarella. Add your favorite toppings, mixing and matching however you like. (Do use a light hand and leave some space between toppings, so you don’t weigh down the dough too much.) Season with salt.
Transfer the pans to the oven and bake until the crusts are golden around the edges and the cheese is bubbly, 12 to 15 minutes.
Transfer the pizzas to a cutting board, cut them into wedges, and serve warm.
Note: The pizza dough arrives frozen. Store it in the refrigerator to defrost before using.
