To make Nopalito's Totopos:

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Heat salsa on the stove, and warm half the bag of chips in the hot oven for about 2 minutes, then toss together in a large stainless-steel bowl until completely covered. Cover the chips with the queso fresco and cilantro. Also goes great with diced green or white onions! Garnish on the side with sour cream, Mexican crema, or plain yogurt and lime wedges.

Making this for a crowd? Consider adding another jar of Salsa de Arbol to cover the whole bag of chips!
