Step 1: Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package directions, about 5 minutes.
Step 2: Meanwhile, roughly chop 2 garlic cloves. Tear greens into pieces, discarding tough ribs, and rinse well.
Step 3: Add a splash of olive oil and the chopped garlic to a large frying pan. Place over medium-high heat and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant, then toss in a generous sprinkle of salt with the greens.
