Large, leafy greens are the star of this easy dressed-up ravioli dish. With savory, kid-friendly Pasta Shop ravioli and a quick garlic cream sauce, plus toasted nuts for crunch, they might not even notice how much healthy goodness you’re sneaking in.

What You’ll Need:

Olive oil
Salt

Step 1: Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Cook ravioli according to package directions, about 5 minutes.

Step 2: Meanwhile, roughly chop 2 garlic cloves. Tear greens into pieces, discarding tough ribs, and rinse well.

Step 3: Add a splash of olive oil and the chopped garlic to a large frying pan. Place over medium-high heat and cook for about 2 minutes until fragrant, then toss in a generous sprinkle of salt with the greens. Once greens wilt slightly and brighten in color, add half the cream and reduce heat to low. Simmer until the sauce is thick, while the ravioli finish cooking.

Step 4: Use a slotted spoon to transfer ravioli to the sauce, stirring gently if necessary to coat in sauce. Serve with a sprinkle of nuts for garnish (feel free to crush or chop if you prefer smaller chunks) and a squeeze of lemon juice over each bowl.
