Preheat the oven to 400°F. Slide the pita into the oven to warm, 5 minutes. Cut the pita into triangles and wrap in a clean towel to keep warm. Meanwhile, scoop the hummus into a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with za’atar, and season with a pinch of salt. Scoop the red pepper dip into a small bowl, and sprinkle with the feta. Slice the cucumbers. Arrange the dips, cucumbers, and olives on a platter. Serve with the warm pita for dipping.
