Stretch and roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it’s about a 12-14” round, and lay it on an upside-down baking sheet or pizza stone. Step 2: Spread tomato sauce over pizza dough, leaving about an inch around the edge for the crust, then tear mozzarella over the top.
