Extra-virgin olive oil
Makes 3 servings
Active Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes
Preheat the oven to 450°F. Make sure the rack is in the center of the oven.
Thinly slice ¼ cup of the red onion. Wash and thinly slice one of the radishes. Pick a handful of mint leaves and toss the stems. Set out the green garlic yogurt, feta, and lamb.
Remove the pizza crust from the package, but leave it on the cardboard. Spoon some of the green garlic yogurt on the crust, just like a sauce. Sprinkle with the red onion and feta and crumble the lamb over. Sprinkle the za’atar over everything. Shimmy the pizza from the cardboard directly onto the oven rack and bake until the lamb is cooked through and the pizza is bubbly and golden, about 10 minutes.
Using a clean towel or the cardboard, transfer the pizza to a cutting board. Top with the radish slices and mint leaves. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Cut the pizza into slices and serve warm.
Contains: milk, wheat, tree nuts, soy.
Note: The lamb may arrive frozen for freshness. Store it in the refrigerator to defrost before cooking. If you need to defrost it same day, place the sealed package in a bowl of cold water, and leave the tap running in a thin stream for about 30 minutes.
