Warm the chili in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. Bring to a simmer, and keep warm until ready to eat.
Meanwhile, reheat the rice according to the instructions on the package.
To serve, peel and dice the avocado, and slice the scallion into thin rounds. Spoon some rice and chili into bowls, and top with the shredded cheese, avocado, scallion, and cilantro leaves!Contains: milk.
