Forget the preconception that gluten-free pizza tastes like cardboard. Mariposa’s pre-made gluten-free crust uses organic brown rice flour, which gives it that chew you want from a good crust, and none of the gluten you don’t. Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients:
2 Mariposa Baking Co. 10" gluten-free pizza crusts
6 oz tomato sauce
8 oz mozzarella
Basil, roughly chopped
You probably have:
Chile flakes
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat oven to 500ºF, or its maximum temperature. Remove cardboard from pizza crust packages, and set them on an upside-down baking sheet or pizza stone.
Step 2: Spread tomato sauce over pizza dough, leaving about an inch around the edge for the crust, then tear mozzarella over the top.
Step 3: Bake pizza for about 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Top with freshly chopped basil and chile flakes for the classic “pizza parlor” flavor!
Contains: milk.
