It's time to get a little creative with your summer salads. With fresh peaches, aromatic mint and creamy, tangy burrata, this DIY Peach Caprese is one you'll find yourself making again and again and again.

What You’ll Need
Olive oil
Salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Step 1
Halve the peaches, remove their pits, and slice into wedges. Slice or tear apart the ball of burrata (be sure not to lose the creamy interior!).
Step 2
Arrange the peach wedges and burrata on a plate or platter. Drizzle with a glug of olive oil, and finish with a sprinkle of salt, a few turns of freshly ground pepper, and torn mint leaves.
