Makes 4 to 6 servings
Whatever protein you might be throwing on the grill, it’s going to get along great with these easy breezy sides, no extra cooking required. Just transfer the potato salad, pasta salad, and coleslaw to bowls. Arrange the carrot and celery sticks on a plate, with the green goddess dressing for dipping. Slice up the watermelon, and arrange the watermelon and berries on a plate. In a small bowl, drizzle the mascarpone with honey and a pinch of salt, and stir to combine. Grind lightly with pepper and serve with the berries.
