Trim and cut the Brussels sprouts in half. Thinly slice the bacon ends. In a sauté pan over medium heat, warm 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the bacon and sauté until the fat begins to render, about 3 minutes. Turn up the heat to medium-high, add the Brussels sprouts, season with salt, and sauté until tender and browned, 8 minutes. Remove from the heat, add 3 tablespoons of the sweet chili sauce, and stir to coat. Transfer to a bowl and serve warm.
