Borscht (Beet Soup) with Beef & Sour Cream

Step 1 

In a pot, combine the borscht and braised beef, and bring to a simmer. Once hot, season to taste with salt.

Step 2

Meanwhile, toast the baguette, and spread with butter. Pick the dill and toss the stems. 

Step 3

Ladle the soup into bowls and dollop with sour cream. Grind with pepper, scatter with the dill fronds, and serve warm, with the buttered toasts for dipping.
