Measure out 1 cup of the granola, breaking up any large clusters into smaller pieces. Roughly chop the blueberries. In a bowl, stir together the granola, blueberries, and yogurt. Sweeten to taste with honey. Spoon the mixture into ice pop molds, then tap the molds against the counter a few times to release any bubbles. Insert the sticks and freeze the ice pops until solid, at least 4 hours. Before unmolding, run the outside of the mold under hot tap water for a few seconds to loosen.
Note: If you don't have ice pop molds, spoon the mixture into small paper or plastic cups. Insert a straw or wooden ice pop stick into each one before freezing.
