Step 1
Thaw the shrimp overnight in the refrigerator, following the package instructions. (Or for a quick thaw, submerge entire package in a bowl of cool water for about an hour.)
Step 2
In a bowl, toss the thawed shrimp with a few spoonfuls of the green garlic yogurt, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper. Slice the baguette into quarters and then split each piece for filling.
Step 3
To build the sandwiches, spread a bit of green garlic yogurt into each baguette. Top with a generous scoop of shrimp salad and the radish greens and serve.
