Bar Agricole Gin Cocktail Kit

One bottle of gin, three easy recipes, courtesy of our friends at Bar Agricole. 

What You Get

St. George Spirits gin (750 ml)

Bordiga dry vermouth (375 ml)

Bar Agricole raspberry syrup 

Bar Agricole orange bitters 

Lemon

Lime

Each recipe makes 1 serving; each kit makes up to 12 cocktails

Gin Daisy

1½ oz gin

¾ oz lemon juice

½ oz dry vermouth 

½ oz raspberry syrup

4 dashes orange bitters

Measure the gin, lemon juice, vermouth, raspberry syrup, and bitters into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup of ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and serve cold.

Classic Gin Gimlet

1½ oz gin

½ oz lime juice

1 teaspoon sugar

Measure the gin, lime juice, and sugar into a cocktail shaker. Add 1 cup of ice and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass and serve cold. 

Classic Gin Martini

2 oz gin

¾ oz dry vermouth 

4 dashes orange bitters

Lemon 

Measure the gin, vermouth, and bitters into a pint glass (or the bottom of a cocktail shaker). Add 1 cup of ice and stir for 10 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass, top with a lemon twist, and serve cold.
