Slice and toast the baguette. Peel, pit, and scoop the avocado into a bowl. Season with salt and roughly smash. Thinly slice the cucumber. Pick the parsley, toss the stems, and roughly chop the leaves. Spread the avocado onto the toasts and top each with a few cucumber slices. Drizzle lightly with the tahini dressing, sprinkle with the parsley, and serve.
