Will is known for growing some of the most delicious avocados out there. The first of his Hass are grown in Santa Paula, and are packed full of flavor. He ripens them for Good Eggs to the point where you'll be able to eat them right away, but also have a few days of time to leave them in the fridge and eat them whenever you'd like.
