Product Details

1 charming loaf

These Prince Charmings are loaves that don't look quite as normal as we'd like. They have a ton of character - maybe a funny-looking crust, larger than normal air bubbles in the crumb or a shorter rise than usual.

Baking with sourdough is an exciting thing - and sometimes surprising! But we hope you'll take them into your home with open arms, and treat them with kindness. They really are gems on the inside.

We have a limited number of these loaves each week, and are pleased to offer them to you at cost, knowing that they won't be wasted!

Our breads are made using traditional fermentation of organic rice and millet, sorghum and a bit of arrowroot with a wild sourdough culture.

Enjoy toasted! Refrigerate upon arrival and before slicing for best results. If stored in the fridge, these loaves should last for upwards of one week. Slice before freezing.

INGREDIENTS + INFO

Ingredients (non-GMO): Organic White Rice Flour, Organic Millet Flour, Organic Sorghum Flour, Arrowroot, Sourdough Starter (Water, Organic Sorghum Flour), Xanthan Gum, Salt.

Gluten-free and vegan. Made in a gluten-free facility that processes milk and eggs.

YEAST-FREE: Folks avoiding processed yeast are safe with our sourdough, made only with a natural starter of fermented dough. This dough contains wild yeasts and bacteria, which work differently than processed yeast. Yeast sensitivities are thought to have arisen from a mass switch from wild yeast to baker's yeast. PLEASE NOTE that sourdough is not usually suitable for mold sensitivities, as it is a fermented product.
