Gravitas White Blend

Gravitas is an aromatic Bordeaux style white blend of Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc, and just a hint of Orange Muscat from the Central Coast. With aromas of magnolia flowers and white peaches, a hint of ripe pear, and a touch of lavender honey, Gravitas follows through with a light, deft, fresh acidity on the palate. Try it with grilled summer veggies like asparagus, favas, carrots or zucchini, or simple roast meats.
