Turkey parts from BN may have a "packed on" date as far back as 1 year. This is because humanely raised turkeys are a seasonal product, and BN processes birds only a few times a year- however, the meat is immediately frozen at sub-zero temperatures and held that way for the entire time is is stored, meaning the quality upon defrosting will be excellent, and better than what you would find from "fresh" turkey from a conventional market.
