Cerinthe, a lovely nodding bell-shaped flower. Also known as honeywort, this subtle flower has a dark and striking color that adds a pop of color without going over the top.
The vase life for these treasures is between 7 and 10 days. Keep them in a clean vase and trim their stems after delivery. Keep them out of direct sunlight and replace their water regularly.
Please note: in order to prevent the Cerinthe from wilting, right after harvest, the bottoms of the stems are conditioned by dipping them in boiling water for 7-10 seconds. When cutting the stems of the Cerinthe for increase vase life at home, don't cut above the boil mark, as this will cause the flowers to wilt!
